Refund/Cancellation Policy

TechVista (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the techvista.in website (the “Service”).

At TechVista, we strive to deliver top-tier AI, Automation (RPA), and Analytics services that meet and exceed your expectations. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel or seek a refund for services. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for services rendered by TechVista.

1. Cancellations Policy:

Project-Based Services:

For project-based services (e.g., custom AI or automation solutions), cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@techvista.in at least 14 days before the project start date.

If a cancellation request is received:
14 or more days before the project start date: No cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be provided if payment was made in advance.

Less than 14 days before the project start date: A cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the project fee will be charged, and any balance paid will be refunded.

Subscription-Based Services:

For any ongoing subscription services (e.g., analytics monitoring or support packages), cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to support@techvista.in.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month. No partial refunds are available for mid-cycle cancellations.

Annual Subscriptions: Clients who cancel annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund based on the number of unused months at the time of cancellation, minus a 10% administrative fee.

2. Refund Policy:

Consultation Services:

Once a consultation session is delivered, no refunds are offered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the consultation, you may contact us within 7 days to discuss possible resolution methods, including additional sessions or alternative services.

Project-Based Services:For project-based services, TechVista will issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project and deliverables already completed.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us in writing at support@techvista.in within 30 days of the project’s completion, and we will review your concerns to determine eligibility for a refund.

Failed Delivery or Non-Performance: If TechVista is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our fault (e.g., failure to meet timelines without valid cause), you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the specific service.

3. Exceptions to Refund Policy:

Custom Solutions:
Custom AI, automation, or analytics solutions developed specifically for your business may not be eligible for refunds once significant development work has commenced, unless the work fails to meet agreed-upon specifications.

Third-Party Licenses/Tools:
Services involving third-party software, licenses, or tools (e.g., licenses for specific AI platforms) are subject to the third-party provider’s refund policy. TechVista will assist you in coordinating with these providers if necessary.
